Welcome! That is how I have felt as a newcomer at West Plains FBC since starting on May 1, 2009, and that is how we want to make you feel. Please worship with us, and find me after services in the front entry where I will be greeting our guests. What kind of church is First Baptist Church of West Plains?  One way to find out is to look around this website. Another way is to visit our programs and Sunday School classes.  And another way is to consider what kind of man the church has chosen to lead. My personal mission statement is:  "To give the Ozarks community a preview of the kingdom of God by building a church of Christians who are God-centered and Bible-based."  Toward that goal, a couple of priorities of mine are to preach verse-by-verse through books of the Bible and to build a network in the church man-to-man and couple-to-couple discipleship.
